The seven checks
The Payout Index is a weighted score from 0 to 100%, and this page publishes the weights, the reason each one is what it is, and the places where the method runs out of data. A ranking that will not show its arithmetic is a list of favourites with a number attached.
The weights, and the measurement behind them
Safety and licensing carry 34 points, complaint record 24, minimum deposit 16, welcome terms 16, and the game library 10. These are not inherited from a house template: they were set on 24 August 2026 by running every candidate axis across our own six Nigerian records and keeping the ones that separate them.
Two axes came out strongest and they came out level: bonus terms answer for all six records with a spread of 10.0, and so does complaint record. Safety answers for all six at 7.7. Below them the coverage thins out: the game library reaches three records of six at 7.8, support two of six at 6.0, and minimum deposit four of six at 4.1.
Two axes we dropped, and one reason
A payout axis looked obvious for a site about payouts, and it is the axis we removed. It answers for one record in six and its spread is zero, so weighting it multiplied a constant and changed nobody's position. Market depth and app quality answer for no Nigerian record at all.
Keeping a dead axis in the arithmetic would have made the method look richer while doing nothing to the order. That is a cosmetic weight, and it is the kind of thing this page exists to prevent.
The honest limit: the table has few distinct winners
Run the six comparison tables on this site and only two distinct brands ever finish first. The rest of the top places are ties, because most records still sit on a default: three brands level on safety, three on minimum deposit, two on complaint record.
There is a tempting way out of that, which is to move the multipliers about until the order looks livelier, and it is the one thing this page exists to refuse. A weight is a claim about what matters, not a dial for making a table photogenic. The ties stay on the page until somebody opens more operator pages and writes down what is on them.
What the index is not
It is not a measurement. Nobody at this desk has deposited, withdrawn, or timed a cash-out with a Nigerian bookmaker, and no figure here should be read as if we had.
The score grades documentation about payment, which on this market is the strongest signal a reader can get without risking their own money first.
